Warranty Services

The integration of modern technologies such as optic electronics and information technology systems into our products has allowed us to create intelligent lighting systems. Thanks to synergy obtained from the cooperation of specialists from various domains, our products contain self-checking features, which regularly inform the lighting system operators about the condition of the lighting fixtures and parameters. Furthermore, we provide customers with warranty and post-warranty services, and we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Aware of the importance of the lighting systems being in good working order in terms of safety, we undertake to provide the repair services in closely defined time slots, individually agreed with each customer.

In order to minimise the mean repair time, our products are modular so that repairs can be performed at the customer’s premises. If repairs are not possible, we immediately replace the defective components with new ones. If a failure of the light fixture is detected or if a complaint is received, our service team is sent to the given address in order to repair or replace the defective component. We do not require our customers to send any products to the service department.

All products are covered by a full three-year warranty, which can be extended to 5 or 10 years. Customers who require a set of individual rules concerning warranty services can use the dedicated Helpdesk platform to report events and monitor their processing by our service teams.
